By accessing Garkonix.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. "Garkonix," "we," and "us" refer to Garkonix Pvt. Ltd..
2. Website and service engagements
The Site describes our software development services and lets you contact us. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer: project scope, pricing, timelines, and intellectual-property terms for client work are defined exclusively in a written agreement signed by both parties. In client agreements, our standard position is that clients own the deliverables and IP upon payment. The Site's descriptions of that practice are informational, not contractual.
3. Intellectual property of this Site
The Site's content, including text, design, graphics, and code, is owned by Garkonix and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view, share, and quote it with attribution; you may not republish substantial portions or use our brand in a way that implies endorsement without written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to breach its security, scraping it abusively, submitting unlawful content through our forms, or impersonating others in communications with us.
5. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party services, including our scheduling provider (Cal.id) and social platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control and aren't responsible for.

The Site is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep its content accurate and current, we make no warranties about completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Case study metrics reflect specific past engagements; results depend on circumstances and are not a guarantee of future outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garkonix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability arising from client engagements is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement.
