The fundraising team was excellent: campaigns brought thousands of people to the donate page. Then the page went to work against them. Five form steps, a forced account signup, no wallet payments, and a full page reload that dropped mobile donors mid-gift. Analytics showed 47% of started donations never finished.
Every lost gift was money the mission never saw, and the peak giving season was ten weeks away.
